Effective Date: 21 September 2025

1. Participants must be 21 years or older and UAE residents.
2. Employees and immediate family members of Istanbul Supermarket LLC are not eligible.
3. One entry per receipt. Duplicate or invalid entries are void.
4. The raffle starts on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date]. Entries after this period will not be accepted.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winners are selected randomly and contacted within 7 days after raffle ends.
7. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a replacement winner will be selected.
8. Istanbul Supermarket LLC is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or disputes.
9. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time.
